- Turkish Eggs — a Beans and Blues favourite: poached eggs on whipped yoghurt, chilli butter, sourdough
- Smashed Avocado — sourdough, feta, chilli, lemon
- Fluffy Pancakes — with maple syrup, berries, or Nutella
- Granola Bowl — house granola, yoghurt, seasonal fruit
